お届けに関して
在庫を確保できた商品につきましては、当日12:00までのご注文は、最短で当日、通常2営業日以内に発送いたします。
土曜・日曜・祝日は発送業務を行っておりません。金曜日、祝日前日、年末年始、大型連休などのご注文は、発送業務再開後に順次発送いたします。
日時・時間指定は承っておりません。
プレゼント用梱包には対応しておりません。
システムエラー、自然災害、配送会社の事情、その他予期せぬ事態により発送・配送が遅れる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
掲載商品は他の販路でも販売しております。在庫システムの都合により、ご注文後に欠品をご案内する場合があります。また、商品によって保管場所が異なり、取り寄せのため通常より発送にお時間をいただく場合があります。

海外送料はお届け先の地域ごとに設定しています。
中国・台湾・韓国：¥2,200
東南アジア・南アジア：¥3,150
ヨーロッパ・中東・オセアニア・カナダ・メキシコ：¥4,400
アメリカ合衆国：¥5,300
アフリカ・中南米：¥5,100
上記送料は、梱包後の総重量が2kgまでのご注文に適用されます。
複数点のご購入などにより、梱包後の総重量が2kgを超える場合は、発送前に追加送料についてメールにてご連絡する場合があります。
追加送料が発生する場合は、お客様のご了承をいただいたうえで発送いたします。追加送料にご了承いただけない場合は、ご注文をキャンセルし、全額返金いたします。
［米国向けの関税・輸入税について］
米国向けのご注文については、関税・輸入税をYOROZUが負担いたします。
商品お届け時に、関税・輸入税を追加でお支払いいただくことはありません。
［米国以外の関税・輸入税について］
米国以外の国・地域については、お届け先によって関税、輸入税、通関手数料その他の費用が発生する場合があります。
これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。
［海外配送先・返送について］
ご注文の際は、お届け先の氏名、住所、郵便番号、電話番号等を正確にご入力ください。
商品発送後は、お届け先の変更を承れない場合があります。
住所の入力間違い・住所不備・長期不在・受取拒否・配送会社での保管期限切れ・現地で必要な受取手続きや通関手続きが行われなかった場合など、お客様または受取人側の事情により商品をお届けできず当店へ返送された場合、当該注文は返金の対象外となります。
返送された商品の再発送をご希望の場合は、再発送にかかる送料および返送に伴い当店に発生した送料・関税・手数料等の実費をご負担いただきます。再発送は、これらの費用のお支払い確認後に行います。
再発送をご希望されない場合も、商品代金および送料の返金はいたしかねます。
ただし、当店の誤配送、商品不良、配送会社の責に帰すべき配送事故、その他法令上当店が対応義務を負う場合はこの限りではありません。
［海外配送の遅延について］
商品発送後に追跡番号をご案内いたします。
海外配送は、通関手続き、現地の配送事情、天候、災害その他の事情により遅延する場合があります。到着日の保証はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Shipping rates are set according to the destination region.
China, Taiwan, South Korea: ¥2,200
Southeast Asia / South Asia: ¥3,150
Europe / Middle East / Oceania / Canada / Mexico: ¥4,400
United States: ¥5,300
Africa / Central & South America: ¥5,100
The rates above apply to orders with a total packed weight of up to 2 kg.
For orders exceeding 2 kg after packing, including orders containing multiple items, we may contact you by email before shipment regarding an additional shipping charge.
We will only proceed with shipment after receiving your approval. If you do not wish to proceed with the revised shipping charge, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
[Customs Duties & Import Taxes — United States]
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import taxes are covered by YOROZU.
No additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery.
[Customs Duties & Import Taxes — Other Countries]
For destinations outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
[Shipping Address & Returned Packages]
Please make sure that your name, shipping address, postal code, telephone number, and other delivery information are entered correctly at checkout.
We may not be able to change the shipping address after an order has been dispatched.
If a package is returned to YOROZU due to circumstances attributable to the customer or recipient, including an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, expiration of the carrier's holding period, or failure to complete required delivery or customs procedures, the order is not eligible for a refund.
If you would like the order to be shipped again, you will be required to pay the actual reshipping cost as well as any return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other costs incurred as a result of the return. Reshipment will be made after these charges have been paid.
If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, the product price and original shipping charge will not be refunded.
This does not apply to incorrect shipments or defective products caused by YOROZU, delivery accidents attributable to the carrier, or cases where YOROZU is required by applicable law to provide a remedy.
[Tracking & Delivery Delays]
A tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped.
International deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

寄往美国的订单，其关税及进口税由YOROZU承担。
商品送达时不会向您另外收取关税或进口税。

美国以外的国家和地区，根据收货地规定，可能会产生关税、进口税、清关手续费或其他费用。
上述费用由收件人承担。
［收货地址及退回包裹］
下单时，请务必准确填写姓名、收货地址、邮政编码、电话号码及其他配送信息。
商品发出后，我们可能无法更改收货地址。
如因地址填写错误或不完整、长期无人签收、拒收、超过当地配送公司的保管期限，或未完成当地配送或清关所需手续等收件人原因导致商品无法投递并退回YOROZU，该订单不予退款。
如需再次寄送，需由顾客承担实际产生的再次寄送费用，以及退回过程中产生的退运费、关税、税费或其他实际费用。上述费用支付确认后，我们将安排再次寄送。
如不希望再次寄送，商品款及首次运费均不予退款。
如因YOROZU造成的错误发货、商品存在不良、配送公司责任造成的配送事故，或根据适用法律YOROZU负有处理义务的情况，则不适用上述规定。
